Event date: Saturday - Dec 12, 2009 (10:00-6:00)
Location: seoul (Whanki Museum)

Whanki Kim was a great Abstract Artist and now in the Museum with his name is exibiting French Abract artists' works including installations, sculptures, paintings, murals and numeric arts, mostly created on site. It was really awesome! These artists use lines, and lights. They are geniuses! They are also like architects and designers. The most impressive work to me was huge acryl boards with ony tow colors, yello and blue.  The room is filled with these boards with some blue board and some yellow boards mixed up and it's quite amzing when you see how they make rainbow colors as the light reflect on them. Another ones were Daniel Buren's works. He draw line on different sites of the museum so you will wonder what those random lines are when you pass by them but when you get to a point where you can see the whole shape it's really amazing. He decontructs then make pieces into whole.

Anyways, if anybody is interested this is how to get to the museum.

A, hop in a G-line green bus (# 7022,7018, 1020, 0212) at the 3rd gate of Line 3 Gyeongbokgung Subway Station and get off at the bus stop, Buam-dong offline.

B. Hop in G-line green bus (# 0212, 1711) at the bus stop, Line 5 Gwanghwamun Subway Station and Korea Telecom or G-line green bus (#0212, 7018, 1020) and get off at the bus stop, Buam-dong Offline.

After getting off the bus, follow the milestone for Whanki Museum at the approach of Bukak Skyway; come into the village road on the left; and then come down to Dong Yang Mill(
